★★★★★ External Wall Insulation – Waltham Forest Council Loan Scheme
We recently had external wall insulation done at our property through the Waltham Forest Council loan scheme, and we're very happy with the results.
Jonathan came to assess the property first, explained exactly what work was needed and how much it would cost, and was clear and professional throughout. The whole team were hard workers who did everything properly — the finished work looks fantastic. They were also very mindful of noise and disturbance during the process, and every person on the team was helpful and kind.
As part of the process, they also arranged a proper EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) — the official one registered on the government website, valid for  ten years — so everything was done correctly and above board.
The job took some time from start to finish, but the quality and care throughout made it well worth it. We were also glad that no advance payment was required — payment was only taken after the work was fully completed, with a manageable installment plan afterward.
They also carried out electrician work for the exhaust fans in the bathroom, kitchen, and toilets, which was done to the same high standard.
I was so impressed that I've already recommended this company to a friend of mine. A very, very good company overall.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
